In an effort to keep our skills sharp, we wanted to give everyone a wall ball routine. A special thanks to former NSYLA & ARHS alum and current Division 1 college lacrosse player at St John's University, Ric Carreras, who created this YouTube wall ball routine video for us: https://youtu.be/wyStcVA1Zrw. Please have your son watch the routine and work to complete it. It gets more challenging near the end, but is worthy to aspire to. We will also have this posted on our NSYLA site shortly.
Our 1st - 4th graders should focus on the righty, lefty and quick stick portion of the routine at the beginning, and try to get 100 passes each time. 5th-8th graders should work to complete more of the wall ball routine, and aim for 300 passes.
