A Free Lacrosse Clinic To Kick off the Start of our 2011 Fall Lacrosse Season at Hit Quarters

General Info: In order to promote our upcoming lacrosse season, Lacrosse Performance Training has arranged for a free clinic on Sunday, October 30th, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Hit Quarters, located at 3 Tennis Drive, Shrewsbury MA 01545. This clinic will be for boy’s grades 3 through 12. The clinic will be directed by Tom Baker (Assistant coach at Assumption College) along with his current Assumption College players. This clinic will feature drills, techniques, and strategies to help teach the game of lacrosse to beginners and enhance the skills and abilities of those experienced players.


What you need: Full equipment, sneakers or molded cleats (no metal cleats) and water.

We will be offering a number of programs throughout the year, one which will be our Train and Play; where we train a team athletically as well as with lacrosse skills, then play a competitive game. We will work with your coaches to get them the right lacrosse offenses and defenses to run during the games. We want to help instill the right philosophy as we coach them. We will also be offering face off, shooting, goalie, offense and defense clinics all year long as well as individual, small group training and athletic training for the lacrosse player.
